  • Prepare the Head of LUS for key meetings and executive reviews.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from research and business cases through execution.

  • Help lead the organization through change with clear plans, stakeholder alignment, and communication.
  • Partner with Executive Business Partner, People, and Finance on org health, headcount planning, and engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience, including management consulting or a similar strategy role, ideally combined with in-house experience in strategy, operations, BizOps, or a Chief of Staff function.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional programs across several teams and delivering high-quality results on time.
  • Strategic problem-solver who can analyze complex, ambiguous situations and recommend a path forward.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategy with near-term execution.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and hold stakeholders accountable.
  • Experience driving organizational or process change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator who can turn complex information into crisp, executive-ready materials.
  • Data-fluent with a solid grasp of financial fundamentals and their connection to business strategy.
  • Experience working with global or geographically distributed teams.
  • High quality standards, low ego, and steady under pressure.
