About the Role
This role supports the delivery of Nine Edge Wealth's brand, communications, and marketing activity across internal and external channels. The Marketing Executive will coordinate client communications via Zoho CRM, support the PR agency in managing social media, and assist in planning and executing events, ensuring all communications comply with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Shape client communications, including milestone messages and client letters.
- Work with freelance writers and colleagues to ensure content reflects the Nine Edge voice and is compliant.
- Maintain the intranet and plan/publish internal communications.
- Maintain the company website with relevant news and stories.
- Manage client and adviser communication journeys in Zoho CRM.
- Build and send campaigns, utilizing engagement data to assess effectiveness.
- Act as the day-to-day contact for the PR agency, briefing them and reviewing content.
- Manage the LinkedIn content calendar.
- Create monthly reports.
- Help plan and deliver internal and external events.
- Coordinate suppliers, guest lists, and branded materials for events.
- Partner with the Compliance team to ensure all published content meets FCA and Consumer Duty standards.
- Provide day-to-day brand and marketing support to the CMDO.
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills with adaptable tone.
- Good working knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho or similar) and confidence managing data-driven communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Comfort learning new marketing and design tools.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams to deadline.
- Proactive, collaborative approach and confidence liaising with agencies, advisers, compliance colleagues, and senior stakeholders.
- Understanding of compliant communications in a regulated environment and willingness to work within FCA/Consumer Duty guardrails.
- Previous marketing or communications experience within financial services, professional services, or a regulated environment.
