About the Role
As a Duty Security Officer at DoubleTree by Hilton London Tower of London, you will be responsible for ensuring facility safety and delivering memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct security patrols to monitor hotel premises and identify safety risks.
- Assist with preliminary incident investigations and document findings.
- Maintain accurate security reports and records.
- Respond to emergencies including safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
- Provide exceptional guest assistance by responding to inquiries and concerns professionally.
