Responsibilities
- Assist in advising private equity funds, family offices, and corporations domestically and internationally on M&A transactions.
- Support the creation of draft agreements and due diligence reports.
- Gain insight into ongoing transactions.
- Conduct research on corporate and transaction law issues.
- Gain insight into the use of AI-powered tools in daily work and contribute ideas for their further development.
Requirements
- Team player.
- First state examination in law with above-average success.
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with novel issues; prior knowledge in Corporate M&A/PE is not required.
- Interest in how technology, especially AI, impacts transaction business.
- Careful and reliable way of working.
- Very good English skills.
