Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor day-to-day operational processes supporting the investment platform.
- Identify operational issues, investigate root causes, and support their resolution.
- Implement and improve operational workflows, contributing to their enhancement and automation.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Service, and other internal teams to address operational dependencies and challenges.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and control frameworks.
- Monitor internal systems to optimize operational efficiency and promptly address potential disruptions.
- Support improvement projects and gradually take ownership of operational areas.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Process design and process management skills.
- A keen interest in financial markets and trading operations.
- Interest in how digital products and investment platforms work.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in applications of AI in the financial services industry.
