About the Role
Improve revenue operations processes, support finance leadership, and partner with client management teams as a key business partner.
Responsibilities
- Recognize revenue across a portfolio of products, clients, and services, delivering accurate revenue results.
- Manage client financials, including forecasts, profitability, receivables, and overall financial hygiene.
- Set up client projects, including contract analysis and document process guides.
- Support the General Ledger team with month-end revenue and net revenue reconciliations and query resolution.
- Support the Accounts Payable team with cost of sales reconciliations, ensuring correct recording.
- Work with Accounts Receivable to assist with client account reconciliations, ensuring revenue and billing accuracy.
- Support audits on existing processes, identifying risk areas, and assisting with resolutions.
- Support the FP&A team with monthly reporting of client revenue and net revenue.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of revenue recognition, billing operations, and accounting standards and procedures.
- Familiarity with marketing and digital media agencies.
- Ability to meet deadlines throughout the month-end timetable.
- A client-centric approach, managing internal stakeholders and client demands.
- Proficiency in using data and manipulating data through Excel, Google Sheets, and various platforms.
