About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Complete required activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while maintaining professional communication with employees, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.
Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
