Responsibilities
- Follow production and supply sheets to prepare appropriate quantities of menu items for meals.
- Meet production schedules, assuring high quality products and preventing food wastage.
- Follow portion control guidelines to ensure quality services.
- Provide a tray presentation that is neat, clean and appealing to the eye.
- Follow diet orders and tray notes on tray tickets accurately.
- Use safe & sanitary methods when handling/serving food to prevent food borne illnesses, to include compliance with all H.A.C.C.P. standards.
- Review and complete all assigned tasks and documentation to include worksheets and logs (ie: Dish machine Log, Sanitizer Log, Special Cleaning Log).
- Maintain assigned area in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
- Ability to read and write and communicate effectively.
- Ability to follow directions.

- Full Time - Day/Evening Shift
- Part Time - Day/Evening Shift
- Per Diem - Varied Shift days and evening hours available
Education Level
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Salary/Compensations
- $17.97 - $19.36
