About the Role
UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health is seeking dependable, friendly, and motivated individuals to join their Nutritional Services Team. Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to production schedules
- Assemble and deliver meal trays accurately
- Follow portion control and special diet instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines
- Complete daily logs and sanitation documentation
- Work as part of a team to provide outstanding customer service to patients and residents
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old to apply
