About the Role

We are recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Hotel Cleanliness Expert Guest Room Attendant to join our magnificent five-star, luxury hotel. Enjoy career progression opportunities and world-class training within an award-winning team.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests.
Transport and replenish housekeeping supplies in assigned areas.
Enter guest rooms following established access procedures.
Replace guest amenities, linens, and room supplies.
Make beds and maintain immaculate guest rooms and bathrooms.
Inspect appliances and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Dust, polish, and maintain furnishings and fixtures.
Vacuum guest rooms and public corridor areas to required standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role, preferably within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated approach to work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good level of English essential.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
