About the Role
Structure Properties is seeking Runners to be the eyes, ears, and hands of their property management team. This role involves being out in the city, ensuring buildings run smoothly and tenants are cared for, with no two days being the same.
Responsibilities
- Drive between properties across San Francisco to meet tenants, check on units, and handle daily tasks.
- Coordinate inspections by meeting inspectors, vendors, and contractors on site.
- Deliver and post tenant notices on doors accurately and on time.
- Identify and report potential problems, suggesting solutions.
- Provide clear updates, photos, and notes to the team regarding field activities.
Requirements
- A reliable vehicle, valid California driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
- A clean driving record.
- A smartphone for navigation, photos, and team communication.
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco neighborhoods and streets.
- Ability to climb stairs and be on your feet throughout the day.
