About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver products to customers in a timely and safe manner.
- Unload products efficiently using a two-wheeler, ramp, or by hand, placing them in designated storage areas (100% touch freight).
- Use a hand truck to move products into customer locations, navigating stairs and various delivery environments.
- Verify deliveries with customers and secure signatures.
- Properly document and manage returned products.
- Communicate delivery or customer issues to Customer Service and supervisor.
- Conduct pre- & post-trip inspections to uphold safety standards.
- Handle collections and payments when applicable.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license issued by the state of legal residence with proper endorsements if required.
- Must be able to read and communicate in the English language.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) are required.
- Must be able to pass DOT Physical.
- Registering to the FMCSA Clearinghouse is a requirement by the Department of Transportation.

Experience Level
- No commercial or professional driving experience required
- One-year of multi-stop delivery experience is preferred
- Six-months local delivery experience and/or foodservice industry experience is preferred
- Hand cart delivery experience preferred
