About the Role
This individual will provide support to a designated facility, maintaining consistency in the facility’s workflow. Responsibilities may change daily based on facility needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform walk-throughs of the facility to identify areas or assets needing attention.
- Provide logistical support for activities and events.
- Maintain, manage, and order supplies.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and project manage facilities matters.
- Partner with building management to ensure adherence to back/front of the house policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent training and experience.
- Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
