About the Role
Assist branches with customer pricing setup and ongoing maintenance for NCBP and NCM. Support the Pricing, Inventory & Data Manager in driving revenue and profitability through strategic pricing and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Establish Customer Sell Pricing: Receive, review, and process customer price level requests and special quote adjustments from sales branches across our 20+ locations.
- Data Entry & System Maintenance: Accurately enter and maintain customer sell prices within the ERP system in accordance with company best practices.
- Data Integrity & Auditing: Conduct routine audits of pricing master data to prevent billing discrepancies, unit-of-measure errors, or unauthorized price overrides.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor customer pricing and sales trends over time to identify low-margin accounts, stale price tiers, or margin leakage.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract sales and pricing data from the ERP system to generate actionable reports for the Pricing, Inventory & Data Manager and upper management.
- Cost & Market Tracking: Assist in real-time monitoring of vendor cost changes and market trends to ensure customer price levels remain competitive yet profitable.
