About the Role
Alice is seeking an Intelligence Infrastructure Expert to create, manage, and integrate the company’s unique infrastructure and tools across various Web environments. This role involves establishing infrastructure, managing processes, and delivering end-to-end solutions to internal teams, enabling them to enhance online safety through insights derived from diverse intelligence streams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Web and Mobile environments, including social media platforms, forums, blogs, mobile applications, and darknet, to detect malicious activity.
- Identify, analyze, and gather intelligence on bad actors, sources, and platforms, including their distribution methods.
- Provide insights into complex means and methods used by threat actors to abuse popular platforms and endanger users.
- Identify and address opportunities and potential problems within operational processes.
- Research, develop, and strategize new operational methods and logics.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in establishing and managing intelligence infrastructure.
- Demonstrate awareness of security risks in diverse operational environments and understand appropriate mitigation measures.
- Experience in operational processes and/or investigations within mobile and web cyber environments.
- OSINT and online research experience.
- Proven ability to identify trends and methodologies supporting the creation and management of infrastructure environments.
- Proactive and independent learner of new practice areas and technological tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English.
