About the Role

Responsibilities
- Monitor national, European, and international legislative changes, identifying and summarizing relevant regulations for the company's activities.
- Support daily legal activities by preparing, drafting, and verifying contracts, powers of attorney, letters, and other internal or external documents.
- Assist in managing legal documents, including scanning and uploading them into the company's IT systems.
- Verify the status of ongoing contracts and support the maintenance of accurate and updated records.
- Collaborate with colleagues from various departments, providing legal support and contributing to compliance with current legislation.
- Participate in real projects and practical activities, gaining experience in both legal consulting and litigation.
- Prepare a monthly report on activities performed, including observations, conclusions, and improvement suggestions.
Requirements
- Student, master's student, or recent graduate, ideally in Law/Public Administration, motivated to learn how an international company operates.
- Dynamic, responsible, and results-oriented individual.
- Ability to transform observation skills into professional strengths.
- Positive attitude, openness, and contagious energy to contribute ideas and solutions.
- Ability to integrate quickly, enjoy exposure to different mindsets, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Genuine enthusiasm for learning from mentors and applying new knowledge.
- Flexibility and adaptability to new or unforeseen situations.
- At least a good level of English proficiency.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Proven experience in extracurricular/volunteer activities (with supporting documents) is a valuable plus.
