About the Role
Eurofins PSS partners with leading international companies in the pharma, medical device, food, cosmetic, and consumer products industries, providing mission-critical testing services. We operate across 20 countries, serving clients at their sites.
Responsibilities
- Verify sample submissions to Quality Control.
- Document sample transactions in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Handle, store, and organize samples.
- Deliver samples to QC laboratories for testing.
- Interact with outside customers and functional peer groups.
- Fulfill sample pull requests.
- Ensure compliance with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements.
- Conduct temperature, environmental, and/or CO2 monitoring.
- Prepare samples for shipment.
- Perform sample inventory and disposal.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and report anomalies through the Deviation Notification and Resolution system.
- Lead direct reports, group leaders, and their teams in technical settings.
- Disseminate administrative communications.
- Promote the company vision.
- Proactively plan and multitask to maximize productivity.
- Meet quality and productivity metrics, demonstrating teamwork and collaboration.
- Coordinate scheduling, allocation of responsibilities, and new hire onboarding.
- Coordinate training programs.
- Develop teambuilding strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences.
- Minimum of three years previous leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- cGMP experience required.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
