You will also act as a coach and mentor, supporting your team's development through training and ongoing support. Collaboration and innovation are key, as you will influence and build relationships cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Create and drive the ultimate experience of the Charlotte Tilbury brand.
- Exceed KPIs and inspire the team to deliver their best.
- Pioneer customer experience, ensuring customers become brand ambassadors.
- Sell spellbinding products and encourage customer return.
- Coach and mentor the team, supporting their development through on-the-job training and ongoing support.
- Collaborate and innovate, influencing and building lasting relationships cross-functionally.
Requirements
- Proven management experience, operating at Deputy Manager level or above.
- Track record of delivering exceptional results in KPIs and people management.
- Experience gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
- Ability to inspire the team and empower them to think limitlessly.
- Highly organized and a problem solver who can think on their feet with an innovative spirit.
- Ability to adapt style and implement processes and routines.
