Arrive Logistics is seeking a Carrier Account Representative to establish and grow relationships with carrier partners to service customer needs while providing best-in-class service. This role offers increasing earning potential with experience and provides continuous education and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Establish and grow relationships with carrier partners to service customer needs.
- Provide best-in-class service to carrier partners.
- Focus on building new relationships with carrier partners across the country.
- Manage carrier partners identified during training and procure new relationships.
- Sharpen relationship building and customer service skills.
- Build internal relationships with Business Development team members to find solutions for clients.
- Emphasize service, measured by KPIs like on-time deliveries, proactive tracking, and outbound calls.
- Earn industry certifications to source capacity for different service offerings.
Requirements

- Strong communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to get things done over the phone, through email, and face-to-face.
