About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and creative individual to support management and digital brand building in our new clinic. This role involves assisting the management level with daily tasks, handling organizational duties, and independently building the clinic's social media presence from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, attend appointments, and support with document preparation and follow-up.
- Handle business and personal errands, providing behind-the-scenes support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Produce engaging photo and video content for the clinic's social media channels (Instagram & TikTok) in collaboration with management.
- Independently edit and process video clips.
- Plan content in advance, identify viral trends and sounds, and proactively contribute creative ideas for brand presence.
Requirements
- Demonstrate foresight, structured work habits, and the ability to manage changing priorities.
- Proficiency with Instagram & TikTok, an eye for aesthetics, and initial video editing experience.
- Proactive problem-solving, independent task management, discretion, diligence, and high empathy.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in German and English (spoken and written).
- Possession of a valid Class B driver's license.
