About the Role

As inventive transformation consultants, we blend strategic, creative, and scientific capabilities, collaborating closely with clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of complex HR Functions and Digital Transformation programmes that improve service delivery, enhance employee experience, and enable the adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working. You will shape transformation strategies spanning operating models, service delivery, organisational change, workforce transition, and technology-enabled transformation, translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes and sustainable value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex HR Functions, Shared Services and Digital Transformation engagements, shaping transformation strategies, target operating models, service delivery approaches and workforce transition plans aligned with clients’ strategic priorities.
  • Provide senior oversight across transformation and adoption, integrating stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, change impacts and business readiness with programme plans, technology delivery and expected business outcomes.
  • Advise senior client stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle, influencing critical decisions, challenging established thinking and providing direction across programme governance, risks, dependencies and delivery priorities.
  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across people, process and technology, setting clear direction, assuring delivery quality and building capability across client and Capgemini teams.
  • Drive client and practice growth by leading pursuits, proposals and RFP responses, shaping market-relevant propositions and identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand transformation services.
  • Contribute to business development activities including proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, and client hosting at events.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives such as campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development, and offering development.
  • Engage in learning and development activities to support career growth and skills demand within the company.

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience in leading complex HR Transformation, Shared Services, Digital Transformation, Change Management, or ERP-enabled transformation programmes.
  • Proven experience shaping transformation strategies, target operating models, service delivery approaches and workforce transition plans, and translating strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of organisational change and adoption, with experience overseeing stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, change impacts, business readiness and the embedding of new ways of working.
  • Strong consulting and leadership capability, with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders, navigate complex decisions and lead multidisciplinary teams across business, HR and technology environments.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with experience leading client pursuits and proposals, shaping propositions, developing senior client relationships and identifying account growth opportunities.
