About the Role
As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the planning, control, and successful implementation of IT projects within the scope of medical billing systems. You will work on central modernization and transformation programs, including cloud migration, process optimization, quality assurance, and the introduction of modern DevOps methods.
Responsibilities
- Project management
- Validation and structuring of project goals, requirements, schedules, and budgets
- Control of all project phases (concept, implementation, testing, rollout)
- Adherence to relevant standards
- Risk and quality management
- Responsibility for successful project completion
- Stakeholder and communication management
- Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships in healthcare
- Moderation of workshops and regular meetings

Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in IT project management
- Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
- Knowledge of modern project methods
- Strong communication skills and structured way of working
