About the Role
The Pricing Operations team ensures accurate pricing across Gamma’s complex network of products, suppliers, customers and channel partners. This role offers a great start for someone looking to build a career in a financial environment, with opportunities for professional finance qualification training (CIMA or ACCA) or other business-relevant qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update pricing and cost reference data within billing systems to ensure accuracy.
- Implement cost, pricing, incentive, and promotional changes in collaboration with commercial, sales, and operational teams.
- Implement pricing updates to ensure correct customer billing and achievement of commercial objectives.
- Investigate pricing and billing issues, identify root causes, and resolve complex support queries.
- Analyze, cleanse, and validate data using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI to support pricing operations.
Requirements
- Numerate with strong analytical skills for handling large and complex data sets.
- Strong academic background in a STEM subject (e.g., Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biological Science, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science).
- Strong skills in Excel or SQL.
- Good technical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to assess information, prioritize workload, and implement changes.
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate complex information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively to achieve goals and resolve issues.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Pass a basic DBS check.
