Responsibilities
- Take ownership of an end-to-end problem space, delivering design solutions from concept to launch.
- Create alignment with product and engineering teams on priorities for product design and execution.
- Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Analysts to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Work with design leadership to enhance design processes, operations, and practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer.
- Experience building, prototyping, and evolving digital products from ideation to implementation.
- Specific experience in mobile applications.
- A portfolio showcasing problem-solving, interaction design, desktop/mobile UIs, prototyping, and aesthetic sense.
- Strong product thinking with the ability to develop product goals, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience designing financial products, particularly in wealth, trading, and/or crypto is a plus.
