About the Role
The Hoxton, Shepherd's Bush is seeking a Public Area Attendant to ensure all public areas are cleaned to brand standards, well-presented, and maintained. This role involves reporting maintenance issues, overseeing linen delivery, stocking supplies, and maintaining guest floor cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and servicing of public areas to brand standards.
- Reporting maintenance defects in public areas and back of house.
- Ensuring all public areas adhere to brand standards and quality audit standards.
- Cleaning and maintenance of exterior areas, including guest entrances and loading bay areas.
- Overseeing the delivery and collection of linen and terry daily.
- Stocking linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores.
- Ensuring guest floors are clean and well-maintained.
- Assisting with other tasks to support the housekeeping team.
- Adhering to Health and Safety standards and reporting breaches.
- Handling cleaning materials correctly and being aware of COSHH regulations.
- Attending all required training sessions.
- Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
- Providing the highest level of customer care.
- Assisting in the cleaning of public areas and back of house areas as required.
Requirements
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Competent computer skills.
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Experience working in a very fast-paced environment.
