About the Role
We are seeking a Night Cleaner to join The Hoxton, Shepherd’s Bush team. This role is responsible for cleaning and servicing public and back-of-house areas overnight to brand standards, ensuring a well-presented and maintained environment.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and servicing of public areas and back of house areas overnight to brand standards.
- Reporting any maintenance defects in public areas and back of house to the housekeeping management team.
- Ensuring all Health and Safety standards are adhered to and reporting any breaches.
- Handling cleaning materials correctly and being aware of COSHH regulations.
- Attending all required training sessions.
- Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude while problem-solving.
- Providing the highest level of customer care with friendly, helpful, and responsive service.
- Assisting in the cleaning of any other areas of the hotel as required.
Requirements
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Competent computer skills.
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
