About the Role
Establish and lead the business architecture discipline at Clarion, connecting strategy, operations, technology, and customer outcomes. This role involves building a business architecture capability from the ground up, creating a comprehensive view of the organization's business capabilities, processes, services, and value streams to support strategic decision-making and change delivery.
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the business architecture discipline.
- Create and own a comprehensive view of Clarion's business capabilities, processes, services, and value streams.
- Translate business, customer, and technology strategies into a target business architecture and roadmap.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive and operational stakeholders.
- Shape operating model design.
- Identify capability gaps.
- Ensure change initiatives align with architectural principles and standards.
- Collaborate with a wider architecture community to create a shared vision.
- Manage and develop a team of business architecture professionals.
- Provide leadership and guidance across the wider Change Delivery function.
- Raise the quality and consistency of business analysis and process design activity.
Requirements
- Proven leader with strong experience of business architecture within a large and complex service environment.
- Successfully developed capability models, process architectures, and target operating models that influenced strategic investment and transformation decisions.
- Able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Able to translate complex concepts into practical business solutions.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.

- London: £70,398 to £87,998 per annum
- National: £64,043 to £80,054 per annum
- Up to 10% above the top of the advertised range in exceptional circumstances
