About the Role
This role is responsible for the delivery and oversight of all assessments for Final Year Medical students. It is an excellent opportunity to be involved formally in the assessment of future colleagues, work with a committed clinical, academic and administrative assessment team and work in close liaison with the Medical Schools Council Medical Licensing Assessment (MLA) team.
Responsibilities
- Delivery and oversight of all assessments for Final Year Medical students.
Requirements
- Experience as a clinician to at least SpR year 5+ / Clinical Senior Lecturer level (current or recent)
- Proven record in medical education
- Accurate worker with high attention to detail and high level of organisation
- Passion for delivering high quality assessment
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and students
- Enthusiasm and personal initiative to solve problems
