About the Role
The role involves processing various paint systems on complex components and painting different substrates for small to large metal assemblies. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality surface finishes and adhering to safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Processing of various paint systems on complex components
- Painting of different substrates for small to large metal assemblies
- Powder coating
- Priming and painting with cup gun and Airmix device
- Ensuring high-quality surface finish
- Preparatory treatment of surfaces and substrates for coating, especially by cleaning, filling, and sanding, as well as masking/covering and working according to technical drawings
- Compliance with occupational safety regulations
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an industrial painter, vehicle painter, process mechanic for coating technology, or similar training
- Professional experience in the industrial painting sector and experience in processing various paint systems
- Ability to read and implement technical drawings
- Team player with a high degree of precision and independent working style
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime
