About the Role
Spire St Anthony's Hospital is seeking an Imaging Administrator to join their team on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
Responsibilities
- Welcome, register, and book appointments for all patients in a warm, professional, and caring manner.
- Maintain an efficient bookings system for all in- and out-patients using a computerized system (SAP and RIS).
- Collate necessary paperwork for examinations to be undertaken by radiographers/radiologists.
- Manage imaging bookings efficiently, liaising with department staff as appropriate.
- Present a professional and smart image at all times, adhering to the uniform policy.
- Manage department phone calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.
Requirements
- Experience in face-to-face customer/patient interaction.
- Excellent administration skills using different databases and systems (training will be provided).
- Exceptional phone manner.
- Enthusiastic and energetic professional.
