About the Role
You will be at the heart of the store, engaging with customers at the Tea Bar, on the sales floor, and in conversations. Your role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and bringing our modern drinking culture to life. You will recommend products, prepare tea tastings, and collaborate with your team to ensure the store environment is as appealing as its offerings.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, listen, advise, and find products that truly suit them.
- Conduct standardized tea tastings and manage brew bar and preparation processes, making our products tangible.
- Recommend products and complementary items, close sales, and handle standard checkout and payment transactions.
- Ensure your workspace is tidy, products are available, and merchandise presentation is excellent.
- Support the team during busy periods, assist with incoming goods, and help with inventory and stock checks.
Requirements
- Approach people openly, listen, and engage in genuine interaction rather than scripted sales.
- Work reliably, be hands-on, and be eager to learn about our products and modern tea culture.
- Remain attentive and work collaboratively with your team during busy store periods.
- Previous experience in sales, service, or a similar environment is a plus, but career changers are explicitly welcome.
- Be attentive to people, have a desire for our products, and be willing to learn new things.
- Bring openness, reliability, and enthusiasm for good products and positive interactions.
