About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, skilled, and passionate Bartender to join our vibrant four-floor venue with a stunning rooftop terrace. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind a busy bar, enjoys crafting a variety of beverages, and excels in a team environment that delivers seamless events and service.
Responsibilities
- Craft and serve a wide range of drinks, including pints, cocktails, wines, spirits, and hot beverages.
- Welcome and engage with guests at the bar, offering recommendations and fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Adapt to operational needs, supporting dining room service, the rooftop bar, or events.
- Manage stock rotation, safely change kegs, and accurately record wastage.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels, adhering to opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience is required.
- Experience in multi-floor or events-led venues is a plus.
- Ability to stay fast, accurate, and calm under pressure.
