Responsibilities
- Work to agile best practices and cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Use technical skills to problem solve with clients and work on internal projects.
- Participate in live in-person whiteboarding sessions to problem solve as a team.
- Maintain communication with the client regularly, acting as a key point of engagement.
- Coach and mentor the team.
- Shape and contribute to bids, working with a bid team on the approach or proposal.
- Present to clients in a formal selection process.
- Play a role in account management and utilize strong consulting skills.
Requirements
- 8-10 years + of experience in DevOps.
- Thrive in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in architecture.
- Knowledge of the development process, potentially responsible for the overall process across a pod or multiple pods.
- Ability to create strong values and implement robust methods and patterns.
- Some UK roles require UK security clearance.
- For some UK roles requiring higher levels of National Security Vetting, applicants must have at least 5 years of continuous residency in the UK.
- Applicants for roles requiring security clearance must be British citizens or have been resident in the UK for the past 5 years.
