About the Role

OUR GREENERY is combining innovative technologies, healthy nutrition, and real change. The tech startup is developing the Raumgarten – a fully automated indoor farm for growing salads, vegetables, and herbs without soil, watering, or plastic. Delivery is scheduled for March.

Responsibilities

Oversee final assembly and quality control of the Raumgarten on-site in Berlin.
Receive components, assemble fully automated indoor farm systems according to specifications.
Thoroughly test each finished device before shipping.

Requirements

Experience in a craft, assembly, or quality control role.
High quality awareness and precise working methods.
Manual dexterity and technical understanding of complex products.
Reliability and teamwork in a compact startup environment.
Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
