You will lead a team of four content and digital specialists, providing coaching, prioritization, and support, while combining stakeholder advisory and creative direction to deliver engaging, user-focused experiences.
Responsibilities

- Lead the planning and delivery of digital adoption campaigns and initiatives, from initial strategy and stakeholder engagement through to launch and ongoing adoption.
- Advise and influence stakeholders on digital adoption and user experience, ensuring tools and solutions are intuitive, accessible, and designed with the end user in mind.
- Oversee the development of digital adoption and learning materials; review and quality-assure campaign work, scripts, and learning materials.
- Provide creative direction across design, structure, messaging, brand, and user experience.
- Build strong relationships with project teams, product owners, change, communications, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, recommend appropriate adoption approaches, and manage reviews and approvals.
- Use feedback, engagement, and adoption insights to continually improve the user experience and effectiveness of digital adoption activity.
Requirements
- Strong experience in digital adoption communications, campaign management, marketing, or technology learning.
- Strong organizational skills; experience managing multiple digital adoption campaigns and projects, including delivery priorities, dependencies, and pipeline activity.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical information into simple, user-focused messaging and engaging digital content.
- Able to quickly understand established campaigns, processes, and ways of working, take ownership of existing activity, and successfully integrate new projects into the campaign portfolio.
- Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and advisory skills; confident advisor with the ability to challenge constructively, manage expectations, and keep delivery on track when requirements or deadlines change.
- A strong eye for digital design, content, and user experience, with the ability to provide effective creative direction.
