Responsibilities
- Research Key Account Management (KAM) in B2B environments, including scientific and practical literature.
- Identify, select, and apply best practice methods and tools.
- Collect and structure relevant data and insights.
- Contribute to the design of a revised GE Vernova KAM/SAM framework.
- Develop presentations, training content, and learning materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams within the global GE Vernova organization.
- Assist with other initiatives related to the above topics.
- Provide general support.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficient in German and English.
- Comfortable with uncertainty and new subject areas.
- Strong communication skills in complex, multicultural environments.
- Confident in interacting with various hierarchical levels.
