About the Role
Our Baristas are brilliant team players who are passionate about what they brew. You’ll handmake and lovingly pour all our Barista-prepared drinks, taking your responsibility to make people their favourite drinks seriously. You will undergo weeks of training, giving you all the skills, pace and confidence you need to make the perfect organic Pret coffee.

Salary/Compensations
- £13.30 - £13.60 per hour

- Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete
- Earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am after initial training
