About the Role

Responsibilities
- Holistic care and development of children aged 1-6 years
- Design of educational processes
- Observation and documentation
- Close and collegial collaboration within small and large teams
- Service-oriented and partnership-based cooperation with parents
Requirements
- Completed educator training or a degree in pedagogy (childhood education, early childhood education, social pedagogy, educational science, or similar) or equivalent qualifications
- Additional qualification in integration/inclusion is an advantage
- Professional experience in crèche, kindergarten, or other childcare settings
- Practical experience in pedagogical organizational processes and documentation
- Willingness to work with passion, creativity, quality standards, and team spirit to implement and further develop our unique pedagogical concept
- Enjoyment of working with children and the ability to adapt well to their needs and interests
- Willingness to engage in further training
- Proficient German (written and spoken)
- English and Russian are advantageous
- Confident use of computer applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, E-mail)
