About the Role
We are seeking a Gardener, Landscaper, or similar professional to join our workshop for people with disabilities. This role involves working within an inclusive team, maintaining and designing garden areas, and supporting various gardening projects.
Responsibilities
- Work in an inclusive work group with people with disabilities
- Maintenance and design of garden facilities, green and grey areas
- Mowing, hedge and shrub trimming, weed removal
- Planting and care of flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Support in the design of new garden projects and outdoor facilities
- Participation in the processing and organization of work orders
- Planning and establishing work processes
- Documentation of orders
- Implementation of health, hygiene, and occupational safety regulations, as well as compliance with accident prevention regulations
Requirements
- Experience in gardening, landscaping, or related work areas
- Enjoyment of working with people with disabilities
- Driver's license class B/BE
- Empathetic and appreciative interaction
- Structured, reliable way of working
- Implementation of the violence protection concept

Salary/Compensations
- €2,642.84 - €3,285.81 per month for full-time employment
