About the Role
We are seeking a Group Leader for our workshop for people with disabilities, focusing on gardening and landscaping.
Responsibilities
- Lead a work group in the garden sector, responsible for implementing participation in working life.
- Oversee the processing and organization of work orders.
- Integrate, support, and guide people with disabilities in the work process.
- Plan and establish work procedures.
- Document development and performance.
- Create development plans.
- Provide educational content.
- Collaborate with the social environment, including legal guardians, parents, and residential facilities, in conjunction with the support services.
- Provide basic care assistance as needed, supervision, reporting, and organize excursions.
- Implement health, hygiene, and occupational safety regulations, and adhere to accident prevention guidelines.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training and professional experience as a gardener, landscaper, or in a comparable field.
- Special education training or willingness to obtain it.
- Enjoyment of working with people with disabilities.
- Valid driver's license Class B/BE.
- Empathetic and respectful approach.
- Structured and reliable work style.
- Implementation of the violence protection concept.

Salary/Compensations
- €3,319.52 - €4,045.01 per month for full-time employment
