BCG Spring Internship offers participants the chance to tackle challenges in small teams and present their findings, learning BCG's approach to problem-solving through discussions with senior consultants. This is an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of consulting and BCG's value proposition.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a domestic university or graduate school with an expected graduation/completion between September 2027 and August 2029.
No full-time/permanent work experience prior to or during university/graduate school (excluding part-time jobs and internships).
Proficiency in Japanese for business operations (for non-native speakers, N1 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test or equivalent advanced/business-level Japanese ability is required).
Exchange students at overseas universities/graduate schools are eligible.
Students in double degree programs are eligible.
Regular students enrolled in overseas universities/graduate schools are not eligible.
Report any changes or potential changes to graduation dates to the HR recruiting group immediately.
Name must be registered in English, entered directly.
Do not submit Academic Transcripts.
Carefully check the aptitude test period and respond accordingly.
Application form answers cannot be modified.
