About the Role
Weave is seeking its first filmmaker to create compelling video content that showcases how top engineering teams leverage the Weave platform. This role involves capturing customer stories, behind-the-scenes looks at engineering, event recaps, and innovative AI startup features across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create customer case study films, transforming interviews into short, impactful videos and supplementary clips.
- Produce 'day in the life' videos featuring engineers, founders, and the Weave team, focusing on authentic work.
- Film and edit recaps of CTO dinners and events to generate interest in future invitations.
- Execute creative video projects, including planning, shooting, and delivering within 24 hours.
- Develop a video series focusing on advanced AI startups and their development processes.
- Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and test advertisements for platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, optimizing for conversion.
- Manage video production across various lengths and platforms, including X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to create video content that resonates with audiences, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Proven track record of producing video work with measurable performance metrics.
- Understanding of what makes content successful on platforms like X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Ability to work efficiently, with a track record of rapid production cycles.
- Willingness to work in the San Francisco office five days a week.
