You will partner closely with data scientists, engineers, analysts, and business leaders to build products that unlock insights, support better decision-making, and drive strategic growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritise product initiatives, features, and improvements using data, customer feedback, and business insights to improve value and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with data science, engineering, quality assurance, and delivery teams to bring high-quality solutions from concept through to adoption.
  • Lead product discovery activities to understand user needs, validate opportunities, and ensure solutions address real business challenges.
  • Build positive relationships with collaborators at all levels, gaining alignment on priorities and successfully influencing decision-making.
  • Establish and track product success measures, including benchmarks and important metrics, using performance insights to continuously refine the roadmap.
  • Champion Agile ways of working and support effective backlog management, prioritisation, and delivery practices across distributed teams.
  • Proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and adapt plans to ensure the successful delivery of valuable, scalable, and balanced products.

Requirements

  • Experienced in managing technology, software, analytics, or data-focused products through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritisation to delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Able to demonstrate success partnering with software engineering, data engineering, or data science teams to deliver products that achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Confident translating complex technical concepts, user needs, and business challenges into clear priorities, product requirements, and actionable roadmaps.
  • Skilled in Agile product development practices, including backlog management, user story creation, prioritisation frameworks, and iterative delivery.
  • Knowledgeable about enterprise technologies, data platforms, analytics solutions, data warehousing, visualisation tools, or related digital products.
  • Familiar with data science and machine learning concepts, including model development lifecycles, evaluation approaches, and practical business applications.
  • An effective communicator who can build credibility with senior stakeholders, influence decisions, and create alignment across diverse teams without direct authority.
  • Comfortable using data, metrics, KPIs, and customer insights to evaluate product performance, make informed decisions, and continuously improve outcomes.
