About the Role

ALTEN is a leading development service provider dedicated to positively shaping the future of partner companies, employee careers, and societal and environmental challenges. We are seeking individuals to manage and implement transformation initiatives within the security domain.

Responsibilities

Take end-to-end responsibility for planning, managing, and successfully implementing transformation measures in the security environment.
Create and maintain schedules, action items, and resource plans, ensuring adherence to time, quality, and budget goals.
Manage risks, dependencies, decisions, and escalations, ensuring transparent project control.
Analyze existing security organizations and continuously develop governance structures, roles, responsibilities, and processes.
Define organizational and technical security requirements and support their successful integration into the organization.
Coordinate security-related documentation, regulatory evidence, and protection needs and compliance requirements.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the successful transition of project results into regular operations.

Requirements

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Security Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Relevant experience in managing complex projects or transformation initiatives in information security, security governance, or security-critical IT.
Sound knowledge of information security and experience in creating and implementing security concepts.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements, protection needs analyses, and security-related proof procedures.
Strong skills in stakeholder, risk, and interface management.
Structured, independent, and results-oriented work style, maintaining an overview even in complex situations.
Knowledge of BSI IT-Grundschutz, data protection, or GRC environments.
Very good German and English language skills.
