About the Role
Join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group as a passionate Group Exercise Supervisor for our signature product BLAZE, a renowned effective Boutique Studio experience in the UK. We create an environment where teams feel a sense of belonging and can thrive, fulfilling their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the Blaze timetable and social events are managed in line with Programming Excellence principles.
- Manage the MYZONE community, system, and club reports such as H&S and compliance checks.
Requirements
- Must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role.
- Minimum 1 year experience teaching group exercise classes.
- Passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire members achieve their goals.
- Overall great communication and interaction skills.
- Self-driven with a positive outlook.
- Passion about customer service.
