About the Role
Support Airbnb’s Luxe program by conducting in-person home assessments, documenting property conditions, and providing detailed evaluation reports to uphold exceptional quality and hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person onsite home consultations and property evaluations
- Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions
- Complete structured assessment reports based on independent expert evaluation using provided guidelines and templates
- Maintain professional and responsive communication and interactions with Hosts
- Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email communication
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports following each consultation
Requirements
- Flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned locations
- Own a phone or tablet for completing reports and uploading photos
- Tech-comfortable and able to complete reports via a stable internet connection
- Located within 1 hour driving distance from the job post location

Salary/Compensations
- Per-assignment basis: $60 - $75 for a 1-bedroom home, plus $5 for each additional bedroom up to 8.
- Travel compensation: $5 - $92 depending on zone and proximity.
