About the Role
As a Warehouse General Hand, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing the best and most efficient service possible to keep our customers happy. This role is both physically demanding and mentally challenging.
Responsibilities
- Picking and packing for outbound orders
- Sorting and dispatching boxes
- Performing general warehouse cleaning duties as required
Requirements
- Available for shifts between 6 AM and 11 PM
- Available to work up to 5 days a week, including weekends
- Must own steel cap shoes and hi-vis clothing
- Physically fit to perform duties, including lifting up to 23 kgs repetitively
- Reliable team player, able to work at team pace and follow policies
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- Safety-focused with proven ability to adhere to Safe Operating Procedures
- Ability to meet daily targets and fast-paced KPIs
- Ability to follow strict processes to maintain high-quality standards
