- Proficiency in reading blueprints and performing calculations.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and technical products.
- Willingness to relocate in the future.

Salary/Compensations
- ¥2,472,000 - ¥4,800,000 (monthly salary of ¥206,000 - ¥400,000)
- Annual raise rate: 4.3% per month (current year actual)
- Bonus: 6.29 months' salary (previous year actual)
