About the Role
We have versatile, exciting, and rewarding full-time and casual opportunities for experienced Dental Assistants and Receptionists at our Balgowlah centre. Our practice offers general dentistry, surgical extractions, sleep dentistry, and orthodontics. You will join a friendly, welcoming, and helpful team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We offer flexible employment options, a central location in Balgowlah Village with paid parking, and a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Mostly chairside assisting, including complex procedures such as implant restorations
- Sterilisation and infection control
- Greeting patients, managing appointments, and processing payments
- Chairside and sterilisation support as required
Requirements
- Availability Monday - Friday (8am - 6pm) is essential for full-time roles
- Potential for weekend work on a rotational basis
- Experience as a chairside and sterilisation Dental Assistant is essential
- Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols
- Reception experience is essential
- Outstanding customer service
- A warm front desk presence
- Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- A caring, team-focused approach to patient care
