About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant specializing in D365 F&O Supply Chain Management to join our Business Applications Operations team. This role focuses on supporting clients with live D365 environments, resolving issues, and maximizing platform value, rather than traditional implementation.
Responsibilities
- Support clients with D365 F&O Supply Chain Management, troubleshooting issues and finding practical solutions.
- Work across procurement, inventory, warehousing, sales, and planning.
- Manage support requests through to resolution, keeping clients informed.
- Deliver smaller enhancements, configuration changes, and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams on complex issues, integrations, and releases.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX, specializing in Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in managed services, application support, or a live production environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of incident, change, and release management.
- Good knowledge across several SCM areas.
- Advanced Warehousing, manufacturing, master planning, or landed cost experience is a bonus.
- Confident communicator who enjoys building client relationships, sharing knowledge, and improving processes.
